Bought a pair of mules in Selfridges Kurt Geiger in June which failed in first wearing -was told at Watford Branch that I must reteurn to Selfridges and had a very unpleasant experience in the shop - was a very regular customer -I have no shoes and no hope of a refund it would appear ..will not shop again at Kurt Geiger

Never received my items. They were lost in transit. Was never offered option to be sent item again. Was just given refund.

I have always been totally satisfied with shopping at Kurt Geiger

l ordered a pair of Kurt Geiger shoes however a few hours later l noted l hadn't entery address as l should have so consequently my order will not reach me unless l can reach Kurt Geiger.
I adour Kurt Geiger shoes,there designs and colour.
I have sent so many emails and they won't reach out and help.If read my concerns or word of mouth please look at another company who design and make creative shoes who show their creativity in customer support.

Gorgeous sandals delivered on time

Collected a package from kurt Geiger of 3 pairs of shoes and within 5 minutes the back had burst open and lost a pair of shoes and hadn’t even left the shopping centre, the bag was not strong enough for the order and poorly sealed.

Only one shoe in the box !!! Delivery was slow wouldn’t use KG again

Ordered online, simple and easy to use the website, no hassle, no problems and my bag is absolutley amazing.

I love my rainbow Pierra heels - they’re ridiculously comfy but on a night out I lost the ankle strap! I emailed Kurt Geiger looking to buy a new one and the aftercare team very helpfully sent me a new one free of charge!
I will be forever grateful!!x

I love ❤️❤️my bag and slippers but on the first day I wore the slippers one of the button of the three thats on the cross strap by the toes fell of, how can I get it to be replace?

Shoes arrived on time although they were slightly dirty as if they had been worn and you can see the glue on the shoe from how it was made.

They were not as expected, also I was sent a very dusty pair of shoes that needed cleaning. Good job I never paid the original price!! Still the sale price £89 I should of been sent a clean pair. I feel Kurt Geiger have gone down hill.
